We could write paragraphs about this, but we'd rather let parents speak for themselves, so you can read their reviews below.
If we had to sum it up though:
We offer a level of care, kindness, consideration and compassion that is often described as a "home away from home".
This includes features such as our meal plan, which ensures parents don't have to worry about sending breakfast or lunch and events like our Parents' Night Out, that gives parents a child-free night out to have fun and socialize as adults.
Our curriculum is intended to nurture well-rounded children, who are smart, creative, confident, curious, emotionally aware and socially capable.
Our curriculum ensures that students are not just ready to transition to Primary School, they are able to face new experiences with resilience, determination and emotional intelligence.
The reason we chose TCLA continuously is for the safe, loving, caring and compassionate environment they foster. The kids were taught to be independent, curious and kind from early. They were exposed to various concepts, activities and sports.
For all 3, learning was fun and exciting at TCLA. They were so happy to be there that it didn't feel as though they doing schoolwork. Randomly, they would spit out the most amazing facts from animals, our country, people, careers and the list goes on that they learned at school.
More importantly, the kids were taught at their pace and weren't pressured into learning.
When my oldest went on to big school - she was not just doing well academically, but emotionally regulated, routine oriented, independent and friendly - all traits that TCLA facilitated.
The aunties go out of their ways to ensuring our little ones get various experiences which have been instrumental in harnessing each of my kids individual identity.
We sincerely appreciate TCLA and the love they showed and still is showing our kids.
My experience at TCLA over the years has been truly wonderful. It is much more than just a school it is a home where the teachers care for you as if you were their own.
Even now, at fifteen years old, I can step into TCLA and feel the same unconditional love I received years ago. No matter how much I grow, I still feel like their "baby" when I am there because it is such a comfortable and comforting space.
I remember waking up every day filled with excitement, eager to see what new, adventurous topics Aunty Ren had prepared for us to learn. One of my favorite memories is from music class; afterward, my classmates and I would engage in "baby debates," using our cutest faces to ask Aunty Ren for ice cream.
As a past student, I am incredibly proud to say I loved my time there.
Even after all these years, I still visit to share my successful moments with Aunty Ren and Aunty Mel. The encouragement they provided and continue to give is amazing. I am so grateful to remain close with teachers who truly keep in contact with their "past babies."
Even today, after a difficult day at school, I still go to Aunty Ren for a hug. I find myself trying not to cry, just like I did when I was younger because I never wanted to leave.
Walking into the school and running into Aunty Ren’s arms for a hug and "love ups" remains one of my most cherished feelings.
I couldn’t have asked for a better school. Watching Zu grow, learn and flourish here has been amazing. The teachers are truly one of a kind, selfless and nurturing with all the kids. I also love that there is open communication between teachers and parents. TCLA sets the foundation for well rounded kids
TCLA is not just a preschool—it is truly a home. The teachers are present, loving, and nurturing in a way that feels just like family. As a mother who has sent not one, but two children through TCLA, I can confidently say it will always be my first choice for anything preschool-related.
My children genuinely loved going to school every day. They would come home excited, eager to share what they learned, the fun they had, and the memories they made. The teachers at TCLA are some of the most caring individuals I have ever met.
They create an environment where children feel safe, valued, and free to grow into their own personalities, with their thoughts and opinions respected.
TCLA provided such a strong foundation for my two boys - both academically and socially. The teachers were caring, attentive, and truly invested in their growth, and even now, years later.
During our time there we were always kept informed and updated, which gave so much peace of mind.
TCLA also encouraged involvement, with fun events that families can be part of. Most importantly, my kids were well prepared for primary school, confident, capable, and ready to thrive. We’re so grateful to them!
Coming out of the covid panic as a first time mother of twins, TCLA was recommended to me. Hesitant and unsure, Aunty Mel and Aunty Ren made the transition seamless and provided a safe, positive, and inclusive atmosphere.
I was deeply impressed by how organized and calm the atmosphere was, which groomed respectful, outspoken and well mannered boys.
The balanced curriculum provided a variety of programs offered, including music, art, field trips etc. with the focus on both intellectual and physical development.
With a welcoming and fun atmosphere, my boys returned home happy every day.
